So far I am going to buy an Audio Technica AT2020 microphone, On Stage ASVS4B 4-Inch Pop Filter, Samson SP01 Shockmount, Akai Pro LPK25 Laptop Performance Keyboard, Sony MDRNC7/BLK Noise Canceling On-Ear headphones, M-Audio Studiophile AV40 MkII Powered Monitor Speakers, M-Audio MobilePre USB Mobile Preamp and Audio Interface, Creative Labs Xmod USB Sound Card for PC & Mac, Pyle-Pro PPMJL15 Professional Microphone Cable (1/4'' Male to XLR Female, 15 ft.), and ART Tube MP Microphone Preamp. I'm looking to mostly rap and make hip-hop beats. I already have a software program. I have a laptop. I'm not sure if I bout something that may already have a sound card in it. I'm not sure. I really need the help. Also all of this can be found on amazon.

Your computer should have a sound card.Your M-Audio interface you connect directly to your laptop and you should be able to connect your headphones to your laptop for playback.
