Ferroci Asked: how do you remove this hiss sound while recording?

Even after I bought an USB audio interface, I still get this hiss sound while recording my keyboard.

This is the hiss sound i get:

I know that if i reduce "level", this hiss sound will be reduced too but that doesn't mean it's gone. Doesn't matter which recording program i use, there's always that hiss sound. How do I record a neat clean sound?

You need to raise the output level of the keyboard to overcome the residual hiss. If this causes overloading, then an attenuator needs to be inserted between the keyboard and whatever it's plugged into.

The set up gain for mic is too high. Go to control panel— sound — to reduce the gain for mic , hiss noise shall be removed.
